Message of the Superintendent

John Quincy Adams once said: If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, YOU ARE A LEADER.

Reflecting on this statement, being the head of a bureaucratic organization like the Department of Education is a very difficult task.

Is there a sure-fire formula for inspiring people to dream more, learn more, do more and become more?

Of course not, but I believe that leading the flock with a combination of hearts and heads will allow people to focus more on meeting the needs of the organization, which can help a lot in achieving goals.

As your Schools Division Superintendent, I make no promises just to satisfy every client. What I can promise is dedication and commitment to serving the Batangueno learners.

I can’t do the DepEd’s mandate by myself. I need your support to fulfill our mission of developing both the skills and values ​​of our learners so that they can make meaningful contributions to nation-building.
