SDO-Batangas City celebrates National Teachers’ Month!

With the powerful leadership of SDS Hermogenes “Jimmy” Panganiban and ASDS Joepi Falqueza, together with SGOD Chief Angelisa Amoto and CID Chief Sacoro Comia,SDO Batangas City celebrated the National Teachers’ Month with engaging and fun activities,Oct. 2,2023 at Batangas City Sports Coliseum.

The celebration started with a Holy Mass that recharged the spirituality of the Batangueño teachers.

The morning activities highlighted the significant and meaningful messages of ARD Loida Nidea, Cong. Marvey Mariño, Mayor Beverley Rose Dimacuha,Councilor Karlos Emmanjuel Buted, SDS Hermogenes Panganiban, ASDS Joepi Falqueza and FPTA Pres.Leo Javier.

Mr Lloyd Luna, an International Speaker also gave delight to the event as he transpired messages through laughter and fun.

The afternoon celebration was filled with more fun as it showcased the singing prowess of the teachers from the different districts through the Tawag ng Tanghalan search. Mr. Mharvy Macabales of District 4 emerged champion in the ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ search.

The search for the first ever Mr and Ms. Teachers’ Day 2023 also gave teachers more excitement during the day. Ms. Andrea Maureen T. Asi from District 1 was crowned Ms. Teachers’ Day 2023 and Mr. Emil G. Ramos,from District 7 was hailed as Mr. Teachers’ Day 2023.

Raffle and gift giving made teachers truly joyful and delighted.

The program was hosted by the powerful trio – Dr. Leila Seco, Dr. Johnson Cueto and Ms. Maria Vinnah Delgado.

Dr. Caroline Gayeta and Ms. Maria Vinnah Delgado, SocMob SEPS and EPS II respectively were very grateful to all Partners and Stakeholders and all TWG members who generously shared their skills and talents to make this day a wonderful one for all Batangas City Teachers.(MVCD)
